Water Day

We had an impromptu water day at our home school! It started out by washing daddy's car. How could any kid stay dry with a bucket and hose in hand? I loved watching the kids play for an hour with each other. They laughed while soaking each other. The sprinkler is the best free entertainment for a kid. Oh how I love these kids.  Their laughter brings me joy.

Ezra, Our Actor

Ezra got to be in our church's spring children's play. He had 4 lines and a solo. He did so wonderful. He loved every part of it. He told me after the play that he wants to be in every play he can be in.  I think we have a little theatre major on our hands.  Ezra has also joined the kids theatre group at our church, so he'll be getting more opportunities to perform and learn how to share the gospel through acting and singing.

KoKo Head: Check!

The Lord has blessed me with a wonderful friend who loves the outdoors! We went on a hike today that consisted of 1100 stairs! Well more like railroad ties. It was only .7 miles up, but it was straight up! What a gorgeous view it was from the top though!
