Beach Time in Kauai!

I'll take a break from the Kauai pictures and post the Easter pictures. I'll get back to Kauai in a day or two.

 Taro Fields

 After driving from the south shore to north shore, looking at water falls, lighthouse, ect it was time to let the kids stretch their legs and play! We found this wonderful park inbetween a couple little towns.

 This was our view from our balcony.

The kids loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and talking with Daddy.

 Roosters are EVERYWHERE in Kauai! The kids couldn't get enough of them, which was great since we saw them literally everywhere.

 Plumerias. My favorite flower in Hawaii. Their wonderful smell is so sweet and lovely. 

 Caleb wanted his picture taken too.

Kauai from the Air

We enjoyed some much needed R & R on the island of Kauai. It's just a short 30 minute flight to the neighbor island. It's only 100 miles from Oahu, but it's like going to a different world.  When we flew in for our landing, we went between two mountains. The flight attendant said in 5 years, they have only took that angle twice! It was a rare treat for us....and a bit nerve racking for this nervous flier.I'll post pictures in different posts due to time. I have lots to go through still.

Daddy's Home!

We were all so excited to have Ross back home with us.  The kids all showed off for him and gave him lots of hugs and kisses. It feels so good to be back together again! He was missed so much.
